CloudCare is a system designed to monitor groups of patients. Developed by physicians, it supports healthcare providers in delivering personalized, data-driven care. CloudCare connects to the glucose sensor, insulin pump, or blood glucose meter of the people you treat - regardless of the device type. It is CE-marked, independent, and compatible with all diabetes systems.
Using a smart algorithm, CloudCare analyzes patients’ glucose data and detects irregularities. When someone may need support, the system sends an alert - helping you focus your attention on those who need it most.
What does CloudCare offer healthcare professionals?
CloudCare gives you a clear overview of all your patients. The system summarizes data from everyone under your care and compares it against threshold values based on international guidelines. This makes it easy to identify, at a glance, which patients may need extra support and guidance.
In addition, CloudCare provides detailed insights into individual patients. You can review glucose data from the past 21 days to spot patterns, displayed visually in a heatmap. CloudCare also supports you during consultations - both in person and remotely.
